1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Orders placed after 12 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping

Free on orders over $89

$6.95 flat rate for orders under $89

Delivery time: 2–6 business days
 

Express Shipping

$12.95 flat rate

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

3. Shipping to New Zealand

Free standard shipping on orders over $89

Orders under $89: shipping cost calculated at checkout

Delivery time: 5–10 business days

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at admin@sashair.com.au.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
SAS Hair is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.
If your parcel is returned, re-shipping fees may apply.
