The hair straightener plates are 26x90mm. The wide plate model size is 44x90mm.

To unlock the hair straightener, simply slide your finger from the top of the panel down and you will notice the lock symbol on the LCD display change to a unlock symbol, you can then adjust the temperature or turn off the power.

The hair straightener temperature will automatically start to decrease after 2 minutes of no use. On the LCD screen you will see "SLP" appear next to the lock symbol, this means the hair straightener is in sleep mode and is cooling down. This is a safety feature added by SAS. To get the hair straightener out of sleep mode, simply tap the panel and when the lights appear on the panel the hair straightener will automatically rise back to the pre-set temperature.

Always unplug the appliance and allow to cool before cleaning. The appliance must only be cleaned when it is cold. Use a soft cloth to wipe the plates and handle. Do not use abrasives or cleaning solutions. (Refer to User Manual)

The hair straightener will flash "HIGH TEMP" when you turn it off as a warning not to touch the plates, as the temperature is still very hot and the hair straightener is cooling down. We always recommend turning off the appliance from the mains switch as it will stay in a standby mode.

SAS Hair Straighteners have a adjustable temperature control which allows you to set your desired temperature. The range is from 50-232 Degrees.

To claim on the guarantee you need to retain your original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of any appliance proving to be faulty. E-mail us for a return address. Once we have received the hair straightener it will take 24 hours to process to send you out a new hair straightener.
